- Ensuring production runs smoothly during filming, keeping project within budget and on schedule.

- Coordinating schedules
- Tracking PR activities
- Supporting fundraising activities
- Office management
- Administrative office support:
- prepare and file paperwork
- process contracts
- order equipment
- answer phones
- marketing and promotion support
Production Assistant
- Production and office runner, including but not limited to production and office assistance:
- answering telephones
- filing paperwork
- data entry
- arranging craft services
- transportation reservations
- general office administration
- distributing production paperwork.
- On set assistance:
- acting as a courier
- helping to keep the set tidy
- distributing call sheets
- health and safety notices
- obtaining signed releases and other paperwork
- On location shoots:
- coordinate extras
- crowd control
